Faculty Recital: Amir Eldan & Jee-Won Oh

Amir Eldan performs as a soloist, chamber musician, and as a principal cellist and is the cello professor at the University of Michigan. At the age of 22, he became the youngest member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, when he won the position of Associate Principal Cellist and was invited to perform with the MET Chamber Ensemble in Carnegie Hall. He later served as the Principal Cellist of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, at the invitation of Maestro Zubin Mehta.
