Applicants needing to be considered for a scholarship, please submit the financial aid application form materials at the time of your application.

Individual lessons will be scheduled throughout the three weeks of the program. All accepted participants will receive at least 6 lessons during their three weeks at ICI.

Each student will have multiple performance opportunities during the 3 weeks they are at ICI. This includes, masterclasses (in-person and online), recitals and community outreach concerts.

A variety of workshops will be offered to our students on technique, score reading, etude study, the art of practicing, and time management. This summer we are introducing “Celloside Chats”, casual discussions on career and educational advice.

Faculty including our Guest Artists and Teaching Artists will offer presentations on a range of topics. This year we will also feature faculty in a series of on site concerts.

Musicians today need to develop the necessary skills to connect with people. In the planning of community outreach events, we guide students through public speaking techniques and educate them on how to address audiences.
